This notice explains how we handle the personal data you send us through paftane.com.
Who we are

What we collect
What you write in the contact form: your name, phone number and email address, your business and what you tell us about your project (what you do, what the site should do, when it should go live).
If you say yes to it, data about how you use the site: the pages you visit, clicks and scrolling, browser and device details, where you came from and a shortened IP address. It does not identify you by name.
Why
The form data: to arrange a conversation with you, answer your questions and, if you want one, prepare a quote. We use it for that conversation only. We do not sell it and do not share it with anyone else. The usage data: to see which parts of the site work and make it better and, if you allowed it, to measure our ads.
Legal basis
For the form: your consent, given with the box on the form, and the steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)). For analytics and marketing cookies: your consent in the cookie banner or settings, which you can withdraw at any time. Strictly necessary cookies (your language, your cookie choice) need no consent because the site cannot work without them.
Where it goes
Your message reaches us by email or through the form service we use.
Strictly necessary cookies remember your language and your cookie choice. Analytics tools (click measurement and a heat map, by Umami on our own server) and marketing tools load only if you say yes; if you do not, none of them runs. A cookieless counter (Umami, on our own server) counts page visits without recognising you. Which tool keeps which cookie for how long is in the cookie policy; you can change your choice from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
If you write to our assistant Paf, what you type is sent to Anthropic (USA) so it can write the replies. The conversation is not kept on our servers: it stays in your browser tab, and it reaches us only if you send us the sheet.
Transfers abroad
Some of the services we use are abroad, all in the USA: Anthropic for the assistant, Vercel and Cloudflare to host the site, Cloudflare for the cookieless counter and, only with your consent, Google and Microsoft for analytics. When these services run, the related data may reach their servers abroad. If marketing tools are installed, their providers (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) are listed in the cookie policy too.
How long we keep it
Form records: 365 days. Messages that lead to a contract are kept for the periods the law sets for records and claims. Each cookie's lifetime is in the cookie policy. Then the data is deleted, destroyed or made anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask whether we hold data about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. Write to [email protected]. We answer your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
